To anyone who follows this journal for my writing, I'm really really sorry for the delay in my updates. I know it's been forever and I'm sure a lot of you have lost interest. My lap top with all of my work on it is having some SERIOUS issues that I can't seem to fix. So I've been working slowly writing everything by hand. I'm going up to Washington this week and might be getting it fixed (hopefully) or at least whatever work I have rescued. I've gotten a pretty good start on FMLYHM so that should be out as soon as I can get typing on it. Which could be in the next week. IMMA GOING AGAIN THIS YEAR!!!!!

It's only 185 days 23 hours and 36 minutes away and I'm really, really fucking excited. I want it to be RIGHT NOW. I also want them to post who the musical guest is. porcelainorchid and I have been trying to decide who it could be. GACKT?!

STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NEW TOUR!!!

Yes, it's kind of a bummer that they're not going very many places but fuck, at least they're /coming/ to America which is more than a lot of Japanese bands can say. They couldn't go to every single state or even half of them, there is just no way something like that could happen. If you like them enough to want to go to their concert, just support them and love them and encourage them and stop spamming their pages about how unfair it is that they're not coming to your state. They're not coming to a lot of states, but at least they're coming.

Look, I can understand the frustration of them not coming to a state near you, trust me. I've been waiting for three years to see them and last year when I was supposed to see them, it fell through. But the more that we as fans comment over and over and over again expressing how pissed off we are, the less they're going to want to come here. What we need to do is support them. The more we support them, the more they will want to be over here.

Sometimes I hate reading.

It's not all the time. Only when I'm reading something really good and the characters are going through emotionally tormenting times. And I only hate these parts when they're well written and lengthy and detailed and real. and I only hate them because they leave an ache in my chest that really does hurt. And then my brain doesn't shut up about things and pretty soon I'm making up stories for stories like a crazy person.

There's also a part of me that is envious. I'm aware that my work is no where near the level of some of the authors I've read. People do not gush over my words as others-and myself- have done for some. Which disappoints and frustrates me in some regards. I put what I can into my writing. I put all I am, all my soul into my work because it's all I've got. It's all that's mine. And yet I know my skill falls very, very short in comparison. Passion cannot always cover for talent. This is not to say I lack talent. I know I have some, but I want to write like they do. I want to be the author causing that ache.


Maybe someday I will, but right now I guess I'll just do what I do and hope for the best.

So, as many of you may know Girugamesh was in Seattle, WA for Sakuracon 2009. And it JUST SO HAPPENS that that is where my best friend lives. CONVENIENT?! OR FATE?! Whichever, I at first thought I wouldn't be able to go but she was still planning to and I was really whiny and depressed about it until I decided I would just save up as much as possible and get myself a birthday present. My friend porcelainorchid paid for my pass into Sakuracon and I was super excited for a very long time. Then just worked my /ass/ off until I left so that I would have some money, plus make up for all the money on the plane ticket. So about 2 months and 9 million hours of working later~ I WAS ON MY WAY!

A/N:This~ Was inspired by recent events going on in my life and the amazing person who has always been there for me through out everything that has happened. I can honestly say I owe her my life. <3 So, it's a little strangely written, it's not very long, and it's sort of vauge, but my hope is that the emotions I was trying to convey are able to be felt. It is always my goal to make you understand the characters point of view. For this particular story, I am exposing myself and my own emotions to the public, something I'm not very comfortable with but whatever.
